Japanese Ships: N.S. Mutsu - The first Japanese nuclear-powered cargo boat, will enter service in 1972. Now undergoing tests, the 8,350 ton ship with a speed capacity of 16.5 knots, was built by Ishikawajiva Harima Heavy Industries for the Japanese Agency for the Development of Nuclear Ships.
