This is a contemporary romantic comedy, full of song, Lottas and the military, and a sprinkling of "Romeo and Juliet". Sickan Carlsson plays Marianne, a young, rich and spoiled woman who happily enjoying themselves in the Stockholm nightlife. One of her friends persuade her to stand as a contingency woman and she thanks grudgingly so, and partly because she did not really understand what she embarked on, partly to be near a certain man who happens to be an officer and located near the farm she should go to. But life in the country is quite demanding for a girl who is not accustomed to work and the man she is trying to capture is not at all impressed by her work jumpsuit in silk. On the contrary, he takes it as a challenge to make sure that she, for once, get to work for real. The film premiered 22 March 1941 . George Fant, George Frederick Michael Fant, born 11 July 1916 in Stockholm , died there 21 February 1998 , was a Swedish actor , director and theater managers. Fant studied theater for Julia Håkansson and was in the 1930s and 1940s by a Swedish film's most sought after actor. [1] He was engaged by the SF 1937-1942, Sandrew Group from 1943 to 1948, Vasa Theatre , Oscar Theatre , and the National Theatre during different periods in 1937 -1952 and Upsala City Theatre 1952-1953. He was artistic director of the popular movements broadcasters 1953-1957, rector of the National theater school in Malmö 1964-1967, head of Norrbottensteatern in Lulea 1967-1972, Rector of the Theatre Academy in Stockholm 1975-1979 and theater for Bohusläns theater from 1990 to 1992. Fant was in its time a big girl idol, called the girls Fant. He is buried in North Cemetery in Solna , Stockholm County . [2] Sickan Anna-Greta Carlsson Adamson [2] , Carlsson was born 12 August 1915 in the parish of Katarina , Stockholm , death 2 november 2011 in Högalids Assembly , Stockholm, was a Swedish actress and singer . Carlsson was the daughter of typographer Witus Carlsson and affärsekspediten Siri Lindblom. She was the only child and grew up on Södermalm and Östermalm in Stockholm . His first name Sickan she received after her father's favorite actor Sickan Castegren . As a young man helped her to her aunt's dairy business in the old town.
