Alec Douglas-Home Sir Alexander Frederick "Alec" Douglas-Home, 14th Earl of Home 1951-1963, from 1974 Baron Home of the Hirsel, born July 2, 1903 in Mayfair, London, died October 9, 1995 in Coldstream, Scottish Borders , was a British politician (Conservative Party). He was the British prime minister in 1963-1964.
