Farah Pahlavi with her two children Reza and Farahnaz. - Mar 1965 Farah Pahlavi (born Farah Diba; 14 October 1938) is the widow of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi and the former Queen of Iran. Reza Pahlavi (Born 31 October 1960) is the last crown prince of Persia, the former Imperial State of Iran and current head of the House of Pahlavi. He is the older son of the late Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi and Shahbanu Farah Pahlavi. Farahnaz Pahlavi (born 12 March 1963 in Tehran) is the eldest daughter of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi by his third wife, Farah Pahlavi. She was born Princess Yasmin Farahnaz Pahlavi.
