Peter II was the eldest son of King Alexander I and Queen Maria (born Princess Maria of Romania); his godfather was his mother's cousin King George V of the United Kingdom, and his godmother was Queen Mary. He died in 3 November 1970. _________ Alexandra of Greece and Denmark (Greek: Αλεξάνδρα, Serbian: Александра/Aleksandra) born in 25 March 1921 was Queen of Yugoslavia as the wife of the last King of Yugoslavia, Peter II, and mother of Alexander, Crown Prince of Yugoslavia.
