Ghulam Nabi was a Pakistani statesman during the Cold war and during the post cold war. Kazi started his career in Indian Civil Service in 1944 and served as the Deputy Commissioner of Bihar and Orissa. After independence, Kazi migrated to Pakistan and joined Provincial Government of Sindh, and held vital positions such as Secretary of Finance and Secretary to Governor. He was born on 06 November 1919.
