Peter Back, crippled Nasi leader, calmly admitted to an Allied Military Commission yesterday that he fired two bullets into the head of an unknown Allied Airman, believed to be an American pilot, who parachuted in to Germany from a bomber last August. Back's one day trial for cold blooded murder lasted only four and a half hours. He offered the defense that he was carrying out orders from Goebbels to shoot Allied Airman who were brought down.
