Nils Curry Engelbrekt Treffenberg, born March 1, 1825 in Gothenburg, died September 1, 1897 in Stockholm, was a Swedish official and politician. He was governor of the county of Västernorrland in 1873-1880 and in the county of Kopparberg in 1880-1892. He represented the knighthood and the nobility at the 1859–1860 and 1865–1866 County Councils. After the representation reform, he belonged to the Second Chamber in 1869 and 1873-1875 and the First Chamber in 1885–1897. [1] Mora is a town and city center in Mora municipality, the county of Dalarna. In Mora there is the organization for Vasaloppet and is also its target site. The artist Anders Zorn was born in Mora and his residence Zorngården is a major tourist attraction, as is the Zorn Museum which is next door.
