De Gaulle Votes in Cantonal Elections, France's General Charles De Gaulle, leader the R.P.F. (French People's Rally) party, records his vote in the French Cantonal Elections at the village of Colombey-Les-Deux-Eclises, March 20. Result in the elections, which decide officials in the Departments of France, approximating the English County Councils, have shown that the R.P.F. is now the biggest single political force in the country. Official statistics show that the part and its associates polled 25.34 percent of the votes cast. Government coalition parties polled a combined 51.12 percent; the communists 23.54 percent. These figures were claimed, night of March 21, by French Minister of the Interior Jules Moch.
