The "black bird" has fled. Two aircraft of the Bundeswehr have held a race in the North Sea on Tuesday morning. Among the passengers was a "black bird", as the Federal Navy calls her submarine class. The shipbuilding AG Weser in Bremen had the mission to start a new decade of the submarine war. The ship named "U 96" is used to introduce the new generation of submarines. The conversion of the ship is already completed. U 96 is now tested in the training centers of the Bundeswehr in Eckernförde and Wilhelmshaven.
