Theatre and Opera - Vintage Photograph

The opera Flannere got to see free ballet. Afternoon hopping Harbor gate flanners were offered a free board performance. Up in the Swedish House window, dancers from the Operalette gave a section from Glen Tetley's "Embrace Tiger and Return to Mountain" abstract figures in red against dazzling silver floors. This modern American composition is part of the program that the ballet at the Royal Theater will dance at the annual international festival at Théâtre des Champs Elysées this Sunday. In addition, the program "Les Noces", Stravinsky's brilliant wedding ballet in Jerome Robbin's choreography, and Dennis Nahat's "Brahms quintet" The ballet throws itself away from guest play in Luxembourg, in Piteå and Växjö And now Paris. Since the photos are old press photographs they may have scratches, lines, or other wears of time, which just underlines the authenticity and age of the photos. In the past, the photos were often parts of a series or were mass-produced by the archives. Nowadays, their number is decimated - many were destroyed by time, use, or natural disasters. Few were preserved and are nowadays carefully stored in our archives.
